It’s time for us to have another Halloween party, so we needed a new invitation. It’s a pretty freak’ified caricature of Kitkat and I, taken from my sketchbook and cleaned up. One of these days I’ll post last year’s invite, and the one before that.

We usually do halfway-to-Halloween parties as well (Halloween is awesome enough to celebrate twice a year, right?). There’s something great about getting a load of people into costumes in April for a spook-fest. Note that I didn’t say “ren-fest”. As much as I like eating whole turkey legs and watching people try to kill each other on horseback, I can’t take the faux renaissance dialects and sociopathic turbo dorks that look forward to it all year long. But then on second thought, it’s not much different than how I feel about Halloween I suppose.

So anyway… Halloween rocks. The only problem this year is deciding if I’m going to resurrect my stormtrooper costume, or try to put together Rorschach from The Watchmen.
