		<description>MSNBC would never air 35 minutes of continual static. &quot;Never&quot; is a strong word, and I use it deliberately. It would never happen, at least not for that long a duration, not to mention repeatedly for weeks.

Regardless, even if MSNBC actually aired static for weeks (thus losing millions and millions in ad revenue and pissed off advertisers, lost ratings, and lost viewers) that is no excuse to put up podcasts of the same.
